Silvia is a proven leader in the world of law firm strategy. Her 20 years of experience as a successful marketing strategist and sales expert have earned her respect within the profession. Her law firm experience was gained in house as Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer for two global 50 law firms. Silvia has consulted to hundreds of law firms in the areas of marketing, sales, strategy and management.
In addition to Silvia's continuous involvement with her clients, she is also actively involved with many professional organizations. Silvia is the 2005 President of the Legal Sales and Service Organization (www.legalsales.org) and is the Editor-in-Chief of American Lawyer’s Law Firm Partnership and Benefits Report, a member of the Board of Editors of both Marketing For Lawyers and Law Firm Inc. She is a past Committee Chair of the Massachusetts Women’s Bar Association, Past National President of the Legal Marketing Association.
